7. Collection and Processing of Bank Account Data

   In accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi - “UU PDP”), the Company processes Users’ personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
   
   The Company may collect and process limited financial personal data, specifically bank account number and account holder name, only when a User initiates a refund request and selects bank transfer as the refund method.

   Such personal data:

   • Is not collected by default and is not mandatory for all Users.
   • Is collected based on User consent and only for a specific and lawful purpose.
   • Is used exclusively for refund processing and settlement.
   • Is protected through appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

   The Company retains such data only for as long as necessary to fulfill refund obligations or as required under applicable laws, tax regulations, or dispute resolution processes.
   
   Users have the right to access, correct, update, withdraw consent (where applicable), and request deletion of their personal data in accordance with UU PDP.
